Exiting Panama: selling the shares or the business, merging a company away or moving an SRL abroad, taking profits and capital out, dissolving and liquidating a sociedad anónima or SRL, closing a branch, letting an entity lapse through suspension, terminating staff and insolvent liquidation under Ley 12 de 2016, each tied to the official text with registry fees and tax costs.
